Privacy Policy

Effective Date: October 15, 2026

Dreams of Parenthood ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website at dopusa.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your personal data. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly:

  • Name, email address, and phone number submitted through our contact or inquiry forms
  • Your role or interest (e.g., intended parent, prospective egg donor, sperm donor, or surrogate)
  • Your consent acknowledgement, any additional information you include in a message, and surrogate eligibility answers (such as age, location, prior births and tobacco use) when you apply

Information collected automatically:

  • A random submission reference on initial inquiries, used to identify retries in our intake process. It is not an advertising identifier.
  • IP address and approximate country: the contact form uses ipapi.co to suggest a phone country code. When you submit a form, your IP address and referring page URL without query parameters are also sent to our intake system for inquiry attribution and security.
  • Within the current tab session, session storage keeps the initial landing path, referring origin and supported campaign labels (source, medium and campaign) so a submitted inquiry can retain its source. Raw query strings, search terms and advertising click IDs are not stored in this context. These labels are sent to intake only when you submit an inquiry.
  • Browser type, device type, and pages visited — collected through standard server logs
  • Technical information from hosting, anti-abuse services and, if enabled, Google Analytics as described below

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiry and communicate with you about our programs
  • Evaluate your interest in becoming an egg donor, sperm donor, surrogate, or as an intended parent
  • Schedule consultations and follow up on applications
  • Improve the functionality and content of our website
  • Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for their own marketing purposes.

3. How We Share Your Information

We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers: Our hosting and customer relationship management (CRM) providers process submitted contact information, messages and eligibility answers so our team can review and respond to your inquiry. Your form submission also includes your IP address and referring page URL. The form asks you to acknowledge this processing before submission.
  • Legal requirements: If required to do so by law or in response to a valid legal process (such as a subpoena or court order).
  • Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

In the course of a surrogacy or donation program, certain information about participants is shared between parties only with explicit written consent as part of the matching and legal agreement process.

4. Cookies

The website does not enable Google Analytics by default. If analytics is configured, analytics and advertising cookie storage are denied by default; cookieless measurement requests may still be sent to Google. Configured inquiry measurement has a separate deployment opt-in and excludes contact information, qualification answers and service-specific paths from those inquiry event parameters. Enabling cookies requires a separate consent mechanism. Hosting and anti-abuse providers may use technical cookies for security.

5. Third-Party Services

Our Site uses the following third-party services that may process your data:

  • ipapi.co: Used to detect your approximate country based on IP address in order to pre-fill the phone country code field in our contact form. Your browser connects directly to this service, which receives your IP address and technical request information.
  • Google Analytics (if enabled): May receive page URLs and technical device or request information to measure website usage. Do not include personal information in page URLs. Website fonts are served locally.
  • Cloudflare: Our hosting and CDN provider. Cloudflare may log traffic data for security purposes. If Turnstile verification is enabled, it processes technical information to help prevent automated form abuse.

6. Data Retention

We retain inquiry and application information for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and, if you proceed with a program, for the duration of our business relationship and any applicable legal retention periods. You may request deletion of your information at any time (see Section 8).

7. Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we collect. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. We encourage you not to submit sensitive medical or financial information through our general contact form.

8. Your Rights (California Residents — CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA):

  • Right to Know: You may request information about the categories of personal information we have collected about you and the purposes for which we use it.
  • Right to Delete: You may request that we delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions.
  • Right to Correct: You may request that we correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
  • Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information: Given the nature of our services, we may collect sensitive personal information, including health and reproductive information. You may request that we limit our use of this information to what is necessary to provide our services.
  • Right to Opt-Out: We do not sell or share personal information. You do not need to opt out of a sale or share.
  • Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the details in Section 11. We will respond to verified requests within 45 days.

9. Children's Privacy

Our Site is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the Effective Date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
