  1. Application

Complete the intended-parent inquiry so we can understand your goals, clinic, language preferences and current embryo arrangements.

  2. Consultation

Your coordinator discusses the options relevant to your circumstances and the scope of agency coordination.

  3. Candidate Selection

Review candidates and discuss preferences. For donor selection, the published information includes blood type, height, age, ethnicity and education. When seeking a surrogate, DOP recommends creating embryos beforehand.

  4. Agency Agreement

Review and sign the agency agreement once your donor or surrogate choices and coordination arrangements are understood.

  5. Matching

DOP coordinates matching paperwork. The donor program is anonymous with updates relayed through the center; surrogate and intended-parent introductions are encouraged once both parties agree to proceed.

  6. Medical Clearance

The clinic determines medical examinations, genetic and laboratory screening and psychological evaluations required for the participants.

  7. Contracts and Funding Arrangements

Review donor or surrogate agreements and fund arrangements with independent legal counsel. Confirm responsibilities, payment conditions and costs before proceeding.

  8. Starting Treatment

After the required clearance, the clinical team manages the donor cycle or surrogate preparation and transfer. DOP coordinates communication with the clinic.

  9. Completion and Continued Coordination

The donor process concludes with retrieval. A surrogacy journey continues through embryo transfer, pregnancy monitoring and delivery, with medical care provided by the treating professionals.
